My grandparents for the last 30 years gave us ornaments and write our name and the year on the bottom and/or put a tag on it. It's a sweet tradition to have to look back and see 30 years of ornaments.

my parents bought me a new decoration every year until I was 21… so that they could choose it & not me! 😂 You should find a way to document which ones came from each year because for some of mine, I have no clue how I old I was when I got them!
When you picked the star you said for Otties tree. You need to start calling things “ the girls” or “our”. Over time Ottie will forget things were hers and they will become a shared item

My siblings and I would get an ornament from Santa every year, and lots of years it would be a representation of something important that happened that year, and my mom gave them all to me when I moved out and I still put most of them up every year. It’s one of my favourite traditions

This was one of the most iconic videos for your family and the love you all share. Mark included in the fam. I loved the shopping, mouse house, arrival of mark was epic, mouse tree topper is perfection, sing-a-long and Joe getting his nostalgic song request, Nanny always popping in and out of the background as supportive loving nanny and the hen do or combo hen and stag do at a rented mansion with a bake off and some stag bits would be so perfect. The vibes on this blog are so warm and cozy it’s amazing. You guys are truly the masters of a cozy and happy vlog. Mark is also. I love all the mouse house bits. Good job decorating it. Nala doing circles at Mark’s arrival was as good as Ottie’s. I think Nala wins quietly but excitedly for most hyped to see Uncle Mark Ferris. Lol
She was spinning in circles so hard she was gonna to burn a path in the floor. I remember how much attention he paid her when spending summer visits and all. She knows he’s a dog person for sure.

Getting a new decoration every year is my fave, been doing it in our family since I was about 3 as well! 25 now and still doing it!
You need to come up North and visit inspirations Christmas warehouse by where I live. It's amazing! We went a few years back and let my girls pick all the decorations, our tree is a mix of every theme ever but I love it ❤
Ottie picking the cupcake ornament reminded me of Zoe's love for baking, and I thought that was so cute. You could also have a tree in the future where its just full of their ornaments they've chosen.
