My covers rarely come lose because they are secure. Bags have approximately 15 pounds of soil, sand, or gravel.

3 bags on each end, 1 bag on both sides at the foot of each hoop, hoops every 12’.

It’s that simple. You just have to have enough bags…

Secret to working with them in the wind: keep the cover low when pulling it out.
