Okay, I just went to your store and bought a bunch if seeds…. hubby's going to kill me..🙅♀️ I'm glad you mentioned Radishes, because I ve tried many many times to grow them, with no luck… I only get the hice leafs, and on I y a ling red root….never bulbs up.😢… Thanks for the information 👍 ❤❤
Great video
I’ll have to try that ford hook. I basically use chard as a trap crop because the pests seem to flock right to it. I haven’t actually harvest but a few leaves of chard in many years.
Big fan of growing Chijimisai. Thanks for sharing.
Can all of these be planted in smaller trays and then transplanted or do they need to be in their forever place from the beginning?
Do you see the kale palm tree plants or seeds?
what zone is this in?
First time growing Chijimisai this season & LOVE it.
Hard time starting it back in September, then hurricanes came, then a bug ate the rest 😆
But I was able to save 3 plants & it’s beautiful! Bought all your Florida recommendations (from your store) several months ago & I’m so grateful for you & your tips!
This video was perfect timing as I was thinking this morning (while bundled up in my winter clothes) “hmm, maybe this fall garden is done before it’s really even started!” 😫
I’ve got beautiful tomatoes that won’t ripen due to cold & not enough sun. Peppers that are stagnant & eggplants that are really trying! 🤞🏼
But you’re right, all the greens are thriving!
I just ordered some seeds from you. This time of the year is weird for sure. I'm surprised you didn't mention Cilantro. Mine is popping up all over the place. It also doesn't germinate until it's cold.
what part of florida are you in?
North west Indiana 5b
I LOVE turnips 😅
Growing them and eating them they're mild and delicious when you grow them
I believe buying and eating them from the store they're not as fresh and will taste stronger and sharp
Love how detailed you are about the varieties. I'll be buying some seeds. It is frustrating to me though to hear that some of the varieties that are recommended by our ag extension office don't do well here, for example Bloomsdale spinach. I've tried and failed to grow it several times. I'll try your varieties instead because I agree bloomsdale does NOT do well here
I planted some of that lettuce package that I got from you a while ago.
They popped up in about 4 days.
So great germination rate.
I have a LOT left.
I'll plant another 12 pack in another week or so,so I have a continuous supply.
If the deer don't eat it!
I'm in the Withlacoochee forest near Croom.
Lots of big & small furry mammals.
