Hello! I just purchased a home and was lucky enough to have an already fully built greenhouse in the back yard! It seems to have propane and water hooked up to it. I mainly want to know how i can get it back up and running so I can use it! It's been out of commission as far as I know for at least more than a year! I've provided photos to help with understanding what it looks like and what I need to do! I'm not familiar with this at all and there are no local experts to help.

Electrician and plumber should be able to get everything working properly: electrician for the electric and plumber for the propane and water.

You’ll want to put in a better floor of some sort, oil/grease all the moving bits.

That sphere looks like some kind of propane heater. Never seen anything like it- why would it be outside? Are there water lines running into the greenhouse?

If it was me, I’d track down the old owner and ask them for help. They can’t be too hard to find.

Are you planning on running it all winter? I would pull that old fiberglass panels off and run double inflated poly, more sun and more insulation that way and doesn’t cost too much compared to loss of heat you will have with current covering.
