Zthe guy seeing the so called growth youre thinking of a cancer or sometimes spelled chancre. It can be quite a growth but that was either a young bear or maybe an old bear considering the size. It could be a bigfoot juvenile seeing each hand and foot wrapped around the tree trunk. . Its too bad a better picture wasnt doable its an interesting pic but in over 20 years of hubnting and even digging wild tress of all shapes and varieties ive never seen a chancee of that size or shapes.
