    You definitely succeeded in creating a gorgeous, lush, tropical view from the homeowner’s pool view. I’m really enjoying your videos and am learning a lot about design. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I currently live in Texas, so can’t do very many tropical trees & plants, but grew up in Winter Park, Florida so I certainly appreciate the tropical landscaping.

    I transplanted six royal palms and used the correct amount of water and food for them. They immediately started turning their fronds crispy brown, with the exception of the center one, which is still green. Is this normal?

    I’m so happy to see another video!! True gardener for sure! Love this clean design, but I’m still partial to all the layers. I still have several nursery plants to put in the ground – have you had good luck planting during fall and winter? Also, I had a Bismarck gifted to me that I have to transplant and it is not looking happy. I know they don’t like to be transplanted, but do you have any tricks for survival I can try?

    l love your videos! l live in central south texas! 9b and very arid. We are limited to using more mediterranean adopted palms and mangaves, agave and lots of barrel cactus. l love that tropical vibe, but l also love that the sun shine 300 days out of the years. You do such beautiful work!😊😊😊
