I'm looking forward to seeing the barn, but I think the lake and all the elements around it may be my favorite. With the water feature behind the fire pit, you may get more use out of the bathroom when you are sitting out there. The sound of running water always makes me need to go to the bathroom.
Did you ever fix the dirt from going across your driveway on rainy days?
Did that dude use pond safe expanding foam, as in safe for fish. In the future, you may want to put some small fish in there to clean up any algea?

Normlly I'm a bit iffy about sponsorships on videos, but I have to admit that your sposnors on this one were very much on point, both for your own usage, as well as for what I imagine a lot of your viewers would also be into. Not just spamming links for insurance, t-shirts etc. Very nice to see.
Where live everything over 8' and/or $11k requires permits and inspections etc, so everything I build is 7'6" and under $10k lol.

Sounds great with your poolhouse and firepit. Have you thought about an outside showerhead, that is screened off? So people can get a quick rinse before heading in to the main house and not dragging in dirt and other stuff inside.

I started off building homes in the early 90's then got into a side hustle doing landscaping wich blew up into commercial jobs then started pond scapes . absolutly loved doing the large landscaping and pond scapes. quit building homes. went to just doing decks and porches with landscapes for people. the funnest thing i ever did. looking very nice, can't wait to see the final deal. ps. i have a few of them pilot friends myself. they use the fields to land in and then hang out for days. lots of historic place around us.. including our 1678 home sted.
