Oh PUHLEEZ. The West Side has plenty of small parks, school yards.etc.
You really can’t purchase a home in a growing city near the zoo, which has desperately needed updated for at least 20 years and expect that things in that area are going to remain the same. Wow. I was one of the visitors who broke records for John Ball Zoo last year with my grandchildren and what was disappointing was seeing that in such a growing beautiful city that the zoo looked a little broke down and has not changed one bit since I brought my children there in 1991. That is disappointing and I am very excited to see the growth of the zoo and I think that young homebuyers should express the fact that they wish to move somewhere that isn’t going to grow and change to their realtor when they are purchasing a home. Stop complaining. Waaaaaaa you sound very entitled. Go Grand Rapids! Go John Ball Park zoo ! 😂🎉
John Ball zoo is now corrupt
Destroyed nature for more money
