I didn’t think growing grapes would be possible in this cool climate, without taking up a lot of polytunnel space, but I found out that it is possible to grow them in containers that can be moved into the polytunnel only when the additional warmth is needed.

  2. Na, eventually you get enough of your own cuttings to have a small vineyard & produce a decent batch of wine.

  3. You probably already know but those wine shoots are probably grafted onto root clusters resistant to vine pest
