Do what my parents did: the youngest kid gets the smallest room, and as the others move out, the kid moves on to the bigger room.
It sure worked for my family.
When you are retired who wants a big house to clean?
The couple with the younger kids annoyed me. I grew up sharing rooms with a lot of siblings. A room to yourself is a luxury
Honestly, this show makes me so glad I don't want to be a realtor, because I'd last about twenty minutes. Someone needs to sit all people down and make it plain to them that it's not a game and holding out isn't helping them, they're just deciding to be left behind.
Love Kirsty and Phil, great chemistry! 😊
my mum was one of 17 kids in a 3 bed house, they both want what is unreachable for their budget
It's interesting about bedrooms exactly the same size. One child might like a snug bedroom in the eaves, another might want more space to spread out toys. Personality leads. I understand that it becomes something different in a family with step-parents but there are lots of ways to make children's bedrooms comfortable without making them equal size.
Naughty Phil squishing the ice cream into Kirstie's face! lol
How difficult to deal with finicky customers! They destroy the episode !
I hate episodes like this one.
I love this show! Kirstie and Phil are so good at what they do.
These two couples are not ready to buy. They both have been shown beautiful houses, and they both found fault where there was none. I don't think they will ever find anything to please them.
Younger child gets the smaller room. What's the big problem?
So, both couples walked away empty handed. What happened to compromise, and the concept of an "interim house" on their way to future perfection?
House one was a very good match for the blended family with two children. The garden was lovely. You can't conjure up more space for a garden. Yes, the bathroom was badly positioned, but Kirstie presented an excellent plan to reconfigure the downstairs. I would have gotten a quote from a builder. They could have then decided whether to go for it, offer 10,000 under asking…. or, they could have lived with the present layout for a few years. The garden was ready to go. The house had the space required, plus the equal bedrooms.
loved travelling with you and your family . food is always the best of travel as well as the beautiful architecture . With love and and a big thanks from our beautiful Cape
love this show, but 4 houses is not enough to see. I def want to see more houses, feel like these house buyers need to see more too.
Teenagers grow fast and leave.
How come no one is admiring the gardens?
Two competing kids each needs a bedroom of equal size? Sounds like trouble in the future,
