I like the time change. Farmers have such equipment now that they don’t need the longer day light. They have huge machines with huge flood lights and can work in the dark. It just has been done here because of rains coming. Getting the crop in before the heavy rains.
OOOOps – I watched that last video on cleaning Felcos. Was just looking at mine yesterday and thinking it's time to clean them and my loppers. Taking a picture of the parts is a great idea. However – lol looks like you ended up with a lock washer on your towel that belonged under that last screw you tightened in. At first I thought – no way maybe it's from another clipper but rewatched the video and I saw where it went. I just Love your videos and watch each one twice to see if I missed anything. Keep up the good work. Was curious about your black gates. Will you be putting a small reflector on them so when it's totally black out you won't have someone trying to go through?

I can totally relate to Laura's independence in planting. I never know when I might change my mind in mid stream. And I do a lot of meditating and dreaming my dreams when I plant. I also like independence in the kitchen as my Mother also did.

Re heated garage for big water tank — when you build the equipment shed out next to the horse area, could you just add a closed bay at one end with doors and insulation? And we do call it that too in Tennessee, or a tractor shed. PS I’m better at doing projects by myself too — I’m way too picky! 😂
Awesome to see the high tunnels up for saving plants but would like to see some benches out in those areas. As it is quiet far from your area from benches near circle with fountain.
You should work at the garden center if it gives you joy. Even if it’s for half a day one day a month. I think your cup would overflow if you were there when a new load of plants arrived. It would be like Christmas in spring for you. Go for it.
When you were cleaning up after working on your Felco’s did you find that little piece that was still on the towel? Lol when I spotted it I was yelling at the TV.

I've heard that savings time was put in place so kids wouldn't be headed out to school in the pitch black.

I think the bill was passed for state by state to decide if they wanted day light savings time .there's a few states that don't change time

Thanksgiving is only a day…Christmas is a season. Thanksgiving is a holiday within the Christmas season.
