Operation Garden Plot is HAPPENING NOW ACROSS AMERICA

a. General.
(1) Civil disturbances which are beyond the control of municipal or state authorities may occur at any time.
Dissatisfaction with the environmental conditions contributing to racial unrest and civil disturbances and dissatisfaction with national policy as manifested in the anti-draft and anti-Vietnam demonstrations are recognized factors within the political and social structure.
As such, they might provide a preconditioned
base for a steadily
deteriorating situation leading
to demonstrations and violent attacks upon the social order.
The consistency and intensity of these pre-
conditions could lead in time to a situation of insurgency should external subversive forces develop successful control of the situation.
Federal military
intervention may be required to preserve life and property and maintain normal processes of governments.
(2)
Analysis of civil disturbances. DA Counterintelligence Research Project (counterintelligence estimate):
Civil
Disturbances, CONUS (published quarterly).
(3)
Urban areas. In assessing the probabilities of civil disturbances occurring in urban areas, the following should be considered:

ANNEX B (INTELLIGENCE) TO DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY CIVIL DISTURBANCE
PLAN (U)
(a) Population by race.
(b) Population of the “core city” of the urban area; percentage and distribution of the minorities population.
(c) Presence of large “blue collar” neighbor-hoods, as reflected by the industrial payrolls and industrial concentrations.
(d) Presence of
poor economic and scciological
conditions, and their reflections in crime rates.
(e)
Unemployment rate in the area, and sections of concentrated unenployment.
(f)
Presence and degree of activity of militant racial, leftist (apti-war and anti-draft), and extreme right-wing groups, and an assessment of the capabilities

    All the people really have a case with the International Criminal Court to convict and sue these governments for treason. All of this is under the Nuremberg Code and is a felony. Why aren't people doing anything? 😮

    What makes me nervous about this coming to light at this particular time is this is prep for after the election. One of two things I’m considering – if Trump wins, it would be the left who would absolutely have civil unrest putting it lightly and I hardly believe they will enact this garden plot plan against them UNLESS “we” retaliate ie defend ourselves.

    Kamala wins and the people peacefully protest and it is absolutely taken as civil unrest and all of this plan is enacted against “us” similarly but to a much larger and sinister degree targeting conservatives, Christians, Jews, gun and small business owners, and rural communities to say the least. Either way what has been presented here is just more tangible proof of what people in tune with our country’s political and governmental movements already knew or suspected so many of us should not be surprised. My husband from the start said that the hurricane that hit NC was absolutely manipulated to go there. That’s why they were ill prepared. And where would the mountain people even go?? Most of those folks truly live in the mtns. Wanted fugitives can hide in the mtns for years.

    But IYKYK why the government would direct a disaster to hit there and cause a mass vacate of land. So there’s that.

    What I am holding my breath for is if Trump wins (I pray so) what will the next 10 weeks look like and will he actually be able to take office bc a huge part of my gut believes our government will willingly propagate WWIII as we move more ships toward coast of Yemen closer to Iran.

    We tend to think of recent times of bad presidents like 44.. Wilson did a lot of government expansion including the federal reserve in 1913

She knows full well what they are for, so many of us know hat they are for and have tried to get it out to the masses only to be shut down.     Hi Australian here again. I can not believe how stupid the current government is over there. With so much unrest does the government not see that it would be an ideal time for another country to invade your country. And of course another reason the current government wants civil unrest is so "the eyes" are off the border and are on the capital, to allow many more illegal immigrants to breach your southern borders. Those Democrats are DUMB ARSES.
