I am the one who cleans up the leaves at my home. I enjoy doing it .I just wish all the leaves would fall at the same time ,because the very next day, from cleaning them up more are on the ground.

Also by watching It's All About God they let a gem slip past their lips. Is to let a part of your grass grow until it produces seed. Then cut it and spread the cuttings that have seed attached to them to grow in the bald patches of your grass. You can grow your own grass seed. Try a patch of grass hidden and see for yourself. You don't have to buy grass seed. Actually that channel creator has another channel called It's Still All About God, where he spit out that Jewel of wisdom! It's the video when the contractor had just completed grading the hill that the house will sit on. They were planting grass seed and spreading hay on top to keep the seeds from blowing away. They were expecting rain in the coming days so there was no need to wet it down!
I wonder if you allowed your grass to grow to seed, after cutting it, keep the clippings there with the seed to thicken the grass? Grass and leaves are used as mulch for throwing food and keeping soil moist/damp. Can feed to farm animals too! Of course another Channel called Our Brown Farmhouse, is good too
