I guess I didn't realize you had to separate the cloves to plant. Anyways I do have garlic I want to get in the ground this year. I've got to clear out my raised beds because the weeds took over since I haven't planted in a couple of years and I know there's one that has a wasp nest in it since they're the ones that attacked the hubby and caused him to run into my car breaking his wrist. Thankfully he's back to work!! I'll see what I can get done!! Prayers for your Mom. I lost a VERY good friend this week. He had lung cancer🥹. The saddest part of getting older is losing family and friends!! God bless🙏❤️🙏

Wonderful video!!! We just took our last harvest of peppers, cut off the stems, threw in the food processor and pulsed into tiny mushy pieces and the loaded up ice cube trays, those 24 tiny muffin silicone trays, etc and once frozen we threw them all in a couple of large bags. We use them all year in baking, marinade for meats etc, pico de gallo, soups, etc. we live on hot peppers 😅.
Also, we just planted Music garlic too. I saw Jacques in the Garden talking about it and how it is a hard neck that will do well in a hot environment, so we will see!

I need to get my garlic planted. I also received walking onion seeds from my brother I need to prepare a place for. This year nothing I planned happened, I think. 😂 God has been carrying me through. Hoping this coming year will be much more productive. God bless!🌱🌾

Those garlic bulb nets would make for good potpourri thingies if dressed up with a ribbon? They have a nice lavender color. Maybe fill them with lavender and other complimentary died flowers/herbs to tuck into your unmentionables drawer?
Lots of extra peppers? They do dry well for later use, but I think I'd be cooking up some pepper hash. I love pepper hash! I also will ferment sliced hot peppers with garlic and cilantro and then put the brine and all into the blender with lime juice and cumin to make my own green hot sauce. I eat it on everything so even if I lay up 10 bottles in the fridge it doesn't last long till I must make another batch.

I haven't got mine planted yet. Winter is creeping up on me and not got near everything done. I don't need a lot, but when I want garlic in a dish, fresh is best. When my mother passed I pray for the Lord to let me be with her and He did and helped me and my siblings so much. It is the way of the earth. We are all in the hands of Jesus.
