Our Airbnb is listed and these few backyard amenities got us to Super Host in less than 60 days. Geodesic dome, Great mountain views, Hot tub, Firepit all in the smoky mountains. This tiny home and backyard packs a big punch now that our landscape is all coming together. The guests love the hot tub and great ambiance of out backyard paradise. Hopefully, your next AirBNB will be something you can purchase with all the amenities & you only have to decorate. I'm sure you two could use a break. Have you seen the AirBNB in Atlanta, GA with the two tree houses? One was built & the other is an Airstream RV placed around/inside of a large tree. The owners make hundreds of thousands yearly based on an article I read. Google it. I can see you two doing the same. To make it easier on you, buy the structure with everything in it, then make additions & decorate. May God continue to keep you two in excellent health & much wealth from your hard work.
