If you have never tried dehydrating green onions/scallions to make into a powder, I highly recommend it. It’s a milder flavor than a white or yellow onion powder and of course it’s green but the flavor is unmatched!! Like you with the sweet pepper powder, I put my green onion powder on everything! It is especially good on vegetables!
Your breads look amazing! I think I saw it mentioned, but if not… You can split the recipe in half to just make one loaf.
Some other options could be 1) use the remaining bread to make homemade bread crumbs. 2) homemade croutons. Both are very easy to do and not very time-consuming (of course, not very ideal if you need more to do 🤣) And for both uses you can save the remaining bread in the freezer without worrying about consistency, as you crisp it in the oven.
When grinding hot peppers, consider wearing a mask so that the particles don't get in your nostrils or throat! I wear one when grinding anything to a powder or when dusting (could include flour as well). Happy preserving and baking!

the cloth goes in the basket and then you flour it really good and put and wet/damp tea towels over the bread…im scared now..hope it doesn't stick to bad.

Can you tell me why you can’t introduce new birds in with old birds? I have a vacuum sealer for mason jars wide and regular mouth! I think you would love it probably find out one of your affiliates and ask him to send you one but if I make pancake batter and there’s leftovers I use that and it lasts so much longer leftovers put them in a mason jar same thing vacuum sealer they last longer and fruit can last up to two weeks❤

I love pepper seasoning! I use a coarse grinder for the hot peppers and just have hot pepper flakes. You can also infuse olive oil with it.
