Woah I havenโt been this early to a video before!!! Hello Miro โบ๏ธโบ๏ธ
this was a lovely video. honest and open. and the music was really nice to listen to.๐
Just dropping a comment now since I cannot finish the whole video today (but definitely tomorrow)
Watching your vids always brings me a good mood ๐ธ
Enjoyed the view at the start of the video (rudsta/window)
Im totally with you on the planner thing
Either its important (equals urgent to me) or its notโฆ theres no in between ๐
Oh Miro! You sometimes make me laugh. Your terrarium indecision. It sounds like me ๐. If I need it, I see it, and obviously it ends up at home. Enjoy your day! ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ Nice music!
I walk from my living room to my bedroom and forget what I went for in the first place.. maddening
Love this video ๐ฅฐ and that intro ๐คฉ
Iโm wishing one of those gallon baggies would come to my house. Jealous
I feel ya. I feel overwhelmed so often. You will catch up. I write lists and then forget to look at it the next day ๐ love your channel. Say no to circles, lol
I will be watching this more than once! Greatest music ๐also, I got that exact same pink Calathea. Itโs a conspiracy, I tell you! ๐
I love episcia but I wasn't successful but I will try it again because they're so beautiful ๐
Maybe philodendron red congo or red anderson or red sun?
I quite like Temu and have never had a problem with any of my previous orders. Moreover, I like your openness. You have good taste in music, too. Don't change.
Hoarder vibes! ๐ So guilty of that, too. I call it recycling โป๏ธ
I LOVE all your videos. Don't ever stop making them and most importantly just be yourself! Love it!!
Absolutely love this video! Hopefully you're able to just keep plugging away at it till you're caught up. The videography and music was so awesome in this. Very relaxing and really gave the fall vibes. I love long plant chores videos. Looking forward to more!
Much love as always,
R
Miro your such a beautiful human โค. Be kind to yourself and know we will always be here to support you.
The square 4โ translucent pots you showed from Temu look identical to the ones us Canadians can order from Amazon. Hands down my favourite pot for the medium sized Hoyas. Very sturdy thicker plastic to last many Hoyas and the โfeetโ can be positioned on wire shelving to have them sit quite stable when cache pots arenโt available. They are a bit shallow but I donโt find it an issue with most of mine. Actually think it helps it preventing root rot in some, like serpens and other small creepers. Highly recommend. No to circles! ๐
Fall vibes ๐ค๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ๐ซ
This video will definitely get a second watch from me! Top tier content ๐
Yes for therapy. Yes for online therapy! ๐ค
โI do know someone who is an electricianโฆ.โ Just casually throw that in there like it isnโt the beginning of every amazing 70โs p<3rn ๐คฃ youโre hilarious and hi to your electrician
Lovely video. Hope you continue to feel better xxxx
Great video, Miro! ๐
Thank you very much for your inspiration, hard work & valuable info and advice you give to all of us. I watched the whole video to learn what I should be doing at this time of the year. I just started my hoya collection after watching your videos a few months ago, so I still have so much to learn, as you can imagine.
One more thing, don't forget to take time for yourself when needed. I hope I can speak for all your followers when I say that your health is more important & that we will be patiently waiting for you when you're ready. ๐
Take care, Miro! ๐
Sending greetings & hugs from Reno, Nevada. USA โบ๏ธ๐ซ
You don't realise, perhaps, what a touchstone you are, not only for Hoya lovers, but for genuine, a little isolated, people like myself. You are a breath of fresh air and your sense of humour is often just the tonic I need! Your videos are excellent. ๐๐๐ฑ๐๐
For the plants that fall (due to top heave and you bumping into the tent)โฆ I did the rabbit fence thing in mine and attache trellises of wobbly plants to the rabbit fence with velcro. Maybe this is useful, maybe it isnโt ๐ค
I run into the same problem here in regards to selling Hoyas. Some people still want themโฆ but only ridiculously cheap and I start wondering if its even worth my time and all the hassle to sellโฆ growing the plants is my hobby, selling them dirt cheap and spending a lot of time on packing them properly and having a shed full of boxes and box filling material to recycle isnโt my hobby at all ๐
Its such a good idea too keep the plants smaller if you grow that many ๐ฉท
Im currently working on using less growlights = less growspace = a few more plants to find new homes for
Episcias and bushyโฆ. redirect the stolons and lightly pin them onto the substrateโฆ they root in no time and the plants get very bushy (they do need a lot of water though)
Non weatherstripped milsbo works fine for Episcia Pink Shimmering Valley
โI think everything should be a square, say no to circlesโ cracked me upโฆ ๐คฃ
Now thinking about why pots would be circularโฆ I guess its easier on the eyes? But squares are โeasierโ to use when you have many plants ๐ค
Do you have any growing tips for Hoya Rintzii Borneo?
Temperature/light intensity/special soil needs/humidity etcetc
Thats a lot of Hoyas that you had to pack
Getting an unifloraโฆ.. someday ๐
It was nice seeing all those Hoyasโฆ
And I am very happy for you that you tackled that growtent (or at least started to)
Looking forward to the not yet planned nor recorded video ๐
That Gesneriad wall looks cute!
Looking forward to seeing your pink Episcia terrarium grow full!
That Calathea is one of the easier ones (here at least) it should do fine (if you water it in time ๐ )
Fall goalsโฆ goodnessโฆ
Well my main goal is to find new homes (outside my home) for 20 or so Hoyas and a bunch of other plants.
The other bigger goal is to spend more time on things that arent plants ๐
Chores: mainly repots and some pole chop and extends
Non planty chores: decluttering the house and cleaning all cabinets etc
The โcollectionโ seems fine, I am relieved that they need a bit less water now that the summer heat is gone. A bunch of new peduncles appeared recently and I am most excited for Hoya Pulchra (so that one will probably blast). No pestsโฆ they donโt want to live here (and get eaten by beneficials), but they can appear at any time of course.

Hi Miro, we can clearly see a massive change in video quality due to your new camera! And of course it was lovely to watch your vid as usual. Cheers! ๐
Miro, you are not only doing well but you are the best! At least in this planty YouTube world! โค
Is that an Ivar cabinet with an IKEA pegboard? That looks amazing. ๐ป Do you have a tutorial for that?
Also, Iโm in a rut too. Iโm blessed enough to be able to not work and take time to heal. Who knows where Iโd be if burdened with a toxic job. ๐
Okay, love u. There was one reference earlier and now a LOTR reference. Headed to check out your patreon tiers ๐ฆฅ
Miro, you are always entertaining (tush wiggle) and I always look for your posts. Love when you kiss your plants, buy them and wonder where you'll put them (a common weakness for many of us).
There is an orphan black spin off. Itโs great too. Called orphan black echoes
Just wanted to say I love your videos and i don't think you have anything to be embarrassed about!! your chaos makes me feel less crappy about mine. and i mean that in the best way possible even though im not sure if it makes sense lol ๐
Yay calatheas ๐. Better than a bouquet of flowers I say ๐
Urgent and non important LOL๐น
Back in my African violet days, the scourge of every A.V. collector was cyclamen mites. Consequently, I can't even look at a cyclamen without thinking: "BUGS!" The same applies to my thoughts on calatheas. I can't even fully appreciate how pretty they are because I just totally associate them with mite infestations. Probably not fair to the calatheas of the world, but that's where we are. The new terrarium is awesome! Love that it's completely clear from all sides. Don't get down on yourself for feeling overwhelmed . . . that is a sh*t-ton of work. I know it's easier said than done, but give yourself some grace!
vlog was great, loved it!
Thanks for the video, it was entertaining!
It hard not to get new plants, even if you have more than enough already.
I just got Philodendron squamiferum and new Episcia.
My plants are good. My nerves are shot dealing with thrips mostly and random spidermites. Ugh. Enjoy your videos! Good luck with your chores
Chef's kiss by adding establishing and POV shots.
