RELIEVED Neighbor THANKS ME for fixing this DISASTER next door



A neighbor was talking to me about this house because the yard was getting out of control. Someone came to cut it a while back but they just hit the front yard real quick. Well, from some recent storms, there were some big limbs that fell down and so most of it was not cut. The backyard also hasn’t been cut for some time and has been getting crazy long. The neighbors were taking care of it for a while bit it has just gotten so bad that they couldn’t take care of it with their push mowers. So, I thought I would get it cleaned up and looking great again so that the neighbors could continue to keep up with the grass.

    This is why, if possible, your retirement plan should include downsizing to a small apartment/condo.. Noone needs to have home maintenance/lawn care expenses to think about..

    That lawn mower is so cool I’ve never seen anything like it! I’m curious why you back up the way you came instead of turning around and cutting the next lane (idk if that makes sense).

    So kind of you , landscaping is so physically difficult and so cost prohibitive. My guy ghosted all his clients since July and it’s becoming a big problem

    Curious…is there anyone who doesn’t react to poison ivy? I look like I have a first degree burn. I have to go to urgent care and get cortisone shots and the whole shabang. So I can’t fault Spencer or anyone else for avoiding something that you react that strongly to. Is it worth it?
