Today was a good day, I stepped outside and noticed these beautiful mushrooms growing in my garden. If I were to choose one variety of mushrooms to spot in the wild, it would be this, Boletus edulis, otherwise known as Porcini, Cep or Penny bun. Not only is this an amazing mushroom, but it’s also astronomically expensive at £60 per kilogram. Join me as we take a closer look and forage for one of natures most amazing mushrooms!
