The harvest looks great, Sharon! Does the callaloo taste like spinach? I think I must check the mushroom compost out; the other YouTuber who uses it regularly has the largest and healthiest cut flower garden I've ever seen. What a blessing to have a friend, sister, and husband to share the harvest! ❤

It pays to eat what you grow now. Food is so expensive and beside it is so fertilizer in food now that it is make us sick. I thought about gowning a garden. your garden is super healthy
