You’ll need:
Taro leaves (spinach okay) Pork Butt
Ti Leaf Sea Salt (Coarse salt)
Liquid Smoke Instant Pot
Prep leaves. Cut pork, add salt and liquid smoke. Wrap in taro leaves and ti leaves. Place in Instant Pot for 60 minutes.
