  1. Laura. Could you tell us if tou use any snowstakes to mark where plants are? Do yall put them out around your driveway? I remember you brushing off your arborvitae to get the snow off them. Do you still do that? My aborvitae will get about three feet of snow around them. Do you have any advice for protecting gardens etc in deep snow.

  2. Awesome video, cant wait to see those bulbs come and bloom in the spring, they are going to be so beautiful. I just love to hear laughter of little kids playing and having so much fun
    Best day ever.❤

  3. Question…my grandmother passed way recently, and she had a tree in her front yard that my cousins and I LOVED to climb around in. I’d like to plant a tribute tree in my yard that my kids (ages 4 and infant) can play in as they grow. Is there a species you’d recommend? I’m zone 6b, average rainfall 45 inches/year

  4. That will be an amazing combination. So fun to see the kids enjoying the stream. I just bought my first Aronia Ground Hug. Love the fall color!

  5. You never cease to amaze me!! Question" Would you skip the biotone with the yarrow in other months as well or is it just because winter is coming?

  6. Think about putting some of the heritage mums in large pots that you can bring up closer to the house to use for fall color. Leave most for cutting in the high tunnel.

  7. Children giggling is such a beautiful sound. The video the other day when you planted the 9 pots, I forgot to comment on there , but i got such joy seeing that Benjamin was driving the gator !! so proud of him !!

  8. The dream stream is one spot I'd visit every single day. Perhaps more than once a day. I'd trade the Hartley with a shabby greenhouse to get a water feature.

  9. How much do the Proven Winners yarrow self seed? Is it at least less than the old fashioned kind of yarrow? Thanks.

  10. Bulb planting has me oddly excited for the holidays… I need a truckload of tulips for my 5 acres. Any volunteers? Lol! Lovely video as always.

  11. I've learned so much from you. Can you remind me of the plants that shouldn't be fertilized. Yarrow, sedum, Russian sage. Was lavender and lamb's ears also ones that shouldn't be fertilized.

  12. Loving the new plants! And the mums are gorgeous! The planters in the tunnel are going to be so beautiful in the spring. It brings me joy too, to hear and see the kiddos getting so much fun and enjoyment out of their splash pad, and the playset! Nothing like the sound of children's giggles. Warms the heart.
