  1. Great information Emma. My planner arrived and I've been busy planning next year's supercrops .
Well done on reaching 37k subscribers.

  2. I would suggest buying a good vegetable growing book or several .
They give a lot of extra information about everything on how to grow vegetables, pest and disease recognition and treatment of such etcetera which are not included on the seed packet
And find out about what your frost dates in the growing area are. I didn't know about how important this is until a few years ago.

  8. Got your planner through the post the other day. Wrapped it up for the mrs birthday in a couple of weeks but now having to keep putting her off buying a copy for herself without giving the game away. Wish me luck ☺️😉

  9. Emma, great video and most of what you said will be very useful to new gardeners, however , do check what you are saying first efore giving out information. Brassicas do not put nitrogen in the soil, they take it out. In crop rotation they should follow legumes i.e. Runner beans, broad beans, peas etc. Then follow the brassicas with roots such as potatoes, carrots, turnips etc. This helps to control disease, pests and ensures that the crop being grown has access to the nutri3bnts it needs. ie brassicas need nitrogen , root crops phosphorous for healthy root development and flowering plants such as fruit and runner beans, peas etc need potassium. Hope this helps you and the beginner gardeners. You've done great in your allptment, learning so much along thew ay. Happy gardening 🙂

  10. Hi Emma, I have just got my first allotment, and have just received your planner. Love the layout of it and the ideas, this will really help me with my new allotment. I watch all your videos too, great job you’re doing. Thank you for your help ❤

  11. Hi Emma I've not got an allotment but haven't a clue what to grow in my garden that is new to me. . I am so chuffed I've had potatoes out of sacks. Not very big but tasty. I've also had blueberries from my potted blueberry bush. So Excited.
I love your honesty. Your tips. The scarecrows should be Jack and Jill. or Bill and Ben. . I also love your woolies. Sending positive vibes and best wishes. I hope you feel better soon.
