  1. I'm really not into this one. I'm picky about open floor plans and this one feels cavernous and just feels like they knocked out walls without much thought. I don't like the design. The back room off the living room isn't the right dimensions for anything useful and the upstairs bonus room is really awkward with no door. Not a fan. The outside was nice though, liked the colors.

  2. This home style isn't something I would be interested in but I'm glad that others have found what they are looking for.
Thanks for the tour and to the company that built it for letting us see it.

  3. I love this house!! One of my favorites with all the windows. "Garden Room" would be for kids, crafts, but not plants. Wall paper in powder room has to go.
Front door and windows need that type of glass that you and turn on to be frosted or clear.
Timothy, I had to laugh at you, you said you don't like "stuff" and clutter, yet you love Hobby Lobby???

  4. That room where the entryway was would be my coffee/morning room. And I think I’d add some French doors so I can have some peace and quiet while I drink my stay out of jail juice.

  5. This house seems to have some awkward spaces, especially that little room off the dinning room. Toured the Parade of Homes in Knoxville TN today. Nicer homes that this. If you come the Hillside Homestead from Mike Stevens homes will blow your mind. Would be a long video.

  6. Very nice build design ❀ I love all the turns, yet it’s open flow the high ceilings are life when you have a 6ft & over family ❀❀

  7. This house just wasn't for me. I don't like walking through the laundry room to get to the garage. The island needed more cabinets and a sink in the island is an absolute no. I would make tha small room off the dining room a second pantry. I think the screened porch was too small to be useful. A lot of the rooms were just too long and narrow to me. But I did like the exterior. Weird layout.

  8. So like the house and I agree with moving the front door, but that room is now a total waste of space. Everything you said it could be its way to small.
