Saving seeds, cuttings and roots from your gardens isn’t a big deal. But sometimes it means you gotta let your gardens be a mess until things mature! Today we’re saving seeds from Celosia argentea, as well as harvesting yam bulbils, sugarcane stalks and cassava cuttings.

  1. Love it bro im working on the same thing for my daughter , she is only 7 months now , so hopefully she will never need to work a traditional job.

I'm doing well so far, did my first $200 profit day with only plants ( I sell other stuff for my full time income) scaling is going to be the real challenge, running out of plants super fast lol and I put 0 $ into this it has to grow itself since finances are already tight.

We totally sell different stuff at this point and on different platforms so I'm not competition for you ..yet lol

But your channel got me into gardening again and that led to me listing a few things and now I'm all in on plants lol

Thank you , bc working online and plants are both passions I can combine !

  2. All of our Mexican sunflowers came from your daughter’s store. Love them. She might be better with the machete than you.😄

  3. Not another clickbait title 😂
I hope the experiment is going well. I giggle every time I see your titles. ❤

  4. Do you have some recommendations for what can be grown in your zone during the colder months? I'm in Central FL, 9B, so I'm trying to figure out what can be grown. I had a local farm that was still growing what seemed to be the normal stuff including peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc, so I figured I might be able to do that, but from what I keep reading these plants need some heat, so I'm unsure. Maybe I'll need some coverings?

    Thank you for any advice!

  5. You have trapjaw ants? They are so neat and I was not aware they also could sting even though many ants can. Wicked.

  6. Your daughter is as beautiful as Miss Rachel and as smart as you David! Loved watching your daughter harvest the seeds and the yam berries, and yeah, sugarcane is so good! Making time to check your daughter's Etsy seed store out, helping put money in her purse/bank account and hoping she also ships international orders.

  7. What was the root you were describing the taste of..? It sounded like latin..is that the comic descript..😊..since I statred baking beets in 2018 really became fond of ..at least some roots

  8. Great video as always Dave. If I was in the US, I would buy seeds from your daughters store. Loving the new titles too! 😅🌻

  9. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned… especially one that can wield a multi-purpose gardening tool like that. Compost your enemies!
