The end of our warm season vegetables is upon us. In this video, Ginger harvests the last of our shishito peppers, Blue Lake bush beans, Japanese eggplant and Red Norland potatoes. The potato harvest pleasantly surprised us as we used a new growing technique called the Ruth Stout method. I will do a more detailed video about our experience with this new method.

This was by far our best potato harvest yet! I know others are able to harvest huge amounts, but from our little backyard kitchen container garden this is a win!❤😂
