You can make your own nut butters with a food processor. Just process the nuts until creamy and don't add oil.

Linda I love all your videos, but today you outdid yourself. I have Diabetes Type II and I am particularly conscious of my protein intake along with the good carbs we should have, as well as the bad carbs which we must avoid.
