Cool 😎 I love the rarer fruiting plants. I’m an obsessed collector too.
I'm loving how much you're fitting in the front yard. Very inspiring. Did you find that avocado variety locally?
Hi from sunny Nelson. Blimey you are going to have heaps of fruit! All winter I look forward to Jam and preserves videos🤣🤣… great collection.
Do you shade cloth the front arbor ready for our really hot summer ?
Just curious – have you had any heat issues due to raised beds being black?
pigeon pea is used alot in Jamaican dishes if your looking for something to do with them
I love your gardening style for the conditions
Wish I could have trees of 🥑 and 🥭 out in the garden. Impossible in cold climate.
Garden to plate. In Sweden we say Från jord till bord. It rhymes and it means From soil to table. 😊
I love seeing all the new unusual fruit trees!! Your Chanel is becoming more and more interesting as the years go on! Looking forward to future videos 😊
I bought some pineapple sage in Bunnings about 3 days ago here in South Australia
Hey Holly. Good to see you! I'm glad you mentioned avo flowers. I must check mine under there frost cloth. Have you heard avos drop there own flowers if too many so guess that means we don't need sad job of plucking flowers off younger trees. I love the blackboy sanguine peach. Especially since I found out it's the healthiest peach. Heritage Food crops nz tested lots of fruit for nutrients. Very interesting website. Free real tomato and bean seeds. Enjoy spring! Everything is looking amazing🌸🌞
The front garden has come a long way!!
Hi holly, who do you get your soil from, and what is it called, veggie mix I get is horrible
Very nice and informative. Thank you 🙏
Hey Holly, I've watched so many of your videos but I still don't know how to set up our garden in our newly built house next year. I'm not sure if you have a video about it? Handling builder sand, what soild to top, retic, shade, what to plant under different sun directions. Please help. Maybe it helps if you categorise your video ynder different playlists? Thank you so much for creating this channel❤❤❤ and just an idea for future content, I need a short video to share and encourage people to plant trees in my community group, there are at least 3 houses replacing their yard with fake turf this month, so sad
The garden is looking so healthy! Love it! 😍🙌💚
Hey how are you? I’m also based in Perth and am working on a food forest. Just wondering where you get your rarer fruit trees from? I mostly look on Facebook pages or marketplace for trees.
Holly how do you stop the fruit flies
What do you use to firtilize with
Where do you get your fruit trees from please
Looks great, you did an amazing job ❤
Any chance I could grab a few cuttings from that Linda avo at some time when you get around to pruning it? I have started grafting some avocados and would like another B-type in my garden.
Hi ya Holly , so many different 🌱 plants are just amazing. Take care and stay safe cheers from Qld.🌱🌴🥦🥬🌹🌼❤
Hubby and I are going to do a grafting workshop this week. Where do you find all your scions for grafting please?
You know, a list of nurseries you get the trees & hard to find veg from would help❤❤
Loving the frog story, a true ecosystem in that Perth harsh environment…Holly you are awesome!
This is something I have experienced myself and also heard that same is scientifically proved
Whenever you're out in your Garden, ALWAYS be totally barefoot because our soles love and deserve that freedom. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. Apart from n it's very healthy to be barefoot outside.
Take for example two plants, one grown inside a pot and tge other grown in Nature. However much you water and use fertilizer, it never looks as healthy as the latter. This is simply because the roots have a limited space to stread and the Nurishment too is the same.
The soles of our feet are like the roots of a tree. When you're not barefoot that natural process is obstructed. Our soles are designs to absorb things which are essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, use of footwear deprives this process. Apaurt from that there are a large number of Sensors / Nerve endings on the soles of our feet, which connects from head to toe. When we walk on Sand, Gravel and Tiny Stones /Pebbles,our entire body gets stimulated through these sensors. Once again Footwear deprives this natural process.
So, go barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles.
Looking great… Jujubes, persimmons and acerola thrive in Perth – add them to your collection too!
My lime tree is also my slowest growing citrus tree. I've had it for 7 years and my lemon trees are 3 times as big as it.
I was just considering adding a Paxton Prolific atemoya tree (we call them atemoyas here in the US instead of custard apple). I can't wait to here updates as yours grows!!!
Wow it must be amazing to garden there… we have cold wet and borring fruit
Fantastic, insightful and entertaining… learning so much on these walk around vids thanks
Wow, so many different fruit varieties. Just wondering where you are going to plant them all? Or are you leaving them in pots?
