The plastic sheet of your greenhouse has additional length on all the sides for you to use to weigh it down. As you have it just putting heavy weight around it will do, but if without any kind of base or floor your heat retention kinda goes out the window(or through the floor in this case).
I have the same brand greenhouse but the 200sq ft one. I did 3 inch leveling sand layer with 12″ concrete pavers for the floor, and buried the extra plastic around the outside and more pavers on top for good measure.

Before worrying about anchoring, what is your plan for insulation and heat?

I had this exact greenhouse in Texas and it blew apart after one bad windstorm. i had it anchored down in 6 places – and the weak points are the metal pole joints. Either they will separate from wind or they will bend if wind is strong enough. We got 40+ mph winds so I would suggest if greater than that – good luck.

Also note single layer poly hoop house without constant heat will drop to whatever the temperature is outside at night. I run a few at my nursery for perennials just to keep the soil from freezing. I am also in 6b. If you want to keep tropicals like banana you will need to double poly with a blower to create an air gap insulation and then find a beefy heater that can run all night. Our hoop houses that we keep hot run 150,000 btu heaters and it’s expensive to heat them. Our small 40’ hoop houses for perennials runs two 240v electric heaters and max they will keep them heated is 35°f when it’s colder than that. I run temp sensors all night to track the heat. If your banana is a perennial type then you will be fine. Just cut it off when it dies back and start heating the house in march and it will regrow as long as you can keep the pot from freezing solid.

Any snow is going to crush that.
All I had up was the wire frame and a little snow gave it a new shape

I have this green house. It blew over my 8’ hedge and down the easement. I had it staked down and bricks all around the base.
I put in a center post and run a 2×4 down the center and attached the center beam to it so if it wants to blow away it’s going to shred the cover before it moves again.
