Following the success of our raised wooden planters in the vegetable patch, Vegega sent us one of their metal, self build planters to try. This is a great alternative for anyone who is looking for easy to build planters which are low maintenance and take up very little space. Vegega sent us the 2 in 1, 3.5 x2’ size and the video demonstrates just how easy they are to assemble. We look at how to fill raised beds, using a mix of topsoil, cardboard, straw, compost and manure. The planter is ready for use but as we approach winter we thought it may be fun to experiment with a combination of a ‘lasagna’ planting of bulbs and other plants with strong winter interest. Love this container , can’t wait to see it in Spring 💐🥰
The container will be beautiful in the spring.
Only issue is it would bother the heck out of my OCD to not have the planter centered in the middle of the fence panel 😂. But, that's just me and my weirdness.
What is in your soup please.
Great potential!! Should be lovely
