Passed by these plants in someone's driveway and thought they were beautiful.
The seem to be rose bushes but on tree?
Literally any info would be a huge help thank you.

They’re roses, but the bushes have been shaped to look like this. The term used to describe trees and shrubs being shaped like this is ‘standard’.
