Looks like a paradise tree. They pop up all over here in Virginia and aren’t good for anything. The wood is garbage. Think natural press board

I use a Texas sage for that purpose and it works well.

If it is tree of heaven, you ought to deal with it soon and follow some specific steps and chemicals from online or it will have shoots come up like a hydra. Or hire an arborist (not a landscaper).
