i have lived in places where there has been a shortage of water in summer, re toilets we had a saying "if its yellow, let it mellow. if its brown flush it down? Also i lived in an area where when you washed your hands the water in wash basin would fill the cistern so you were able to flush the toilet
I have worked in the water industry and can confirm that more water is lost through unrepaired leaks than is consumed by most households. But this won't stop this goverment from finding any excuse to increase tax.
So basically there will be many smelly toilets. And yet, the UK is well known for its rainy days. I live in Malta where it is sunny most of the time, and yet we don't have this problem, actually, the Government has been subsidising our energy bills for years. How can there be a water shortage when we have had floods across the country and the polar ice melting raising sea levels, water is constantly being recycled ridiculous taxation of the population as usual.

We should tax people at a higher rate whos source of income does not directly produce something or perform a valuable service to society meaning entertainment/sport stock traders people who own own businesses that are not producing or performing a valuable service then we could lower the tax burden of people who directly support society like teachers police normal workers and even rich people who produce something like Musk Gates or companies like apple. it could be called the frivolous income tax. sure entertainment performs a service but they should not be making 1000x what a teacher makes because they make cool movies or can throw a ball
