I need help identifying these little guys, please. I started seeing them on my jalapeño plant a few days ago, and they seem to cluster up around the immature peppers.
Leaf footed bugs. Hose them down with some high water pressure. It will break their legs. You can also just make a little soap solution. They die almost instantly. These guys love tomato plants. Just don’t let them get out of control. Adults are a menace and found my only solution that brings down their numbers is to suck them up with a shop vac that has a soap solution inside. Good luck.

Squash bug nymphs would be my guess.
