  1. I planted radishes beets and spinach the second of September. I’ll put frost cover on soon more to protect from squirrels and grasshoppers than cold. As plants get bigger the deer will try to eat them. Definitely want to see indoor growing! I have some dwarf tomatoes under grow lights now. Should have some to harvest soon.

  2. For our winters where it can get down to -30c, no beet will survive this sadly. But garlics, yes, those are best to plant sometime in october.

  3. Still gardening and due to the excessive summer heat, my garden is just now starting to thrive with the cooler temps in the CA central valley. I have Swiss chard and lettuce doing well. I have green beans that I planted 3 weeks ago just about ready to start producing. I even have some tomatoes that were planted a month ago starting to flower and will hopefully get something off them as it will be mid Nov before we get to the 30's at night.

  4. Oh definitely still gardening. Leeks, cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, broccoli and spring onions on the go. I didn't realise broad beans could cope with such low temperatures so I might sow them and I need to get my garlic in the ground too.

  5. Thanks. These videos are always so helpful in planning my garden for the upcoming season. I just planted my first set of seeds for my fall/winter garden here in Southern California.

Yes, I would like to see your indoor gardening videos. I've been growing basil indoors for a couple of years now but would like to expand a bit to growing other vegetables. I don't have a lot of space but I would like to try a dwarf tomato or even see if I can grow peppers.

  6. Swiss Chard may die back at -4c but will regrow again when the temps warm up and can be harvested in the early spring right up until it starts to bolt. I let mine self seed and haven't done any specific seed sowing in 10 years. I live on Vancouver Island, off the coast of BC, Canada.

  7. I just planted garlic yesterday in 6b. I would like to see videos about indoor growing as it would be fun to experiment over the winter

  8. Love those monthly growing videos!!!! Really helpful to me. Also, would love to see a video on indoor growing. Ty❤

  9. I'd love to see videos on indoor growing. I have some grow lights in the basement that I want to put to good usr over the winter.

  10. Love fall and winter gardening. I have had lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc all winter the last couple of years. Just cover when temps get too low.

  11. Still in the 80’s Middle TN , zone 7b, peppers & cherry tomatoes still going strong. Planted potatoes 1st week of Sept

  12. Zone 8b in North Texas. I just planted beets, turnips, carrots, spinach, kale, and mizuna today. And waiting on garlic and potatoes to arrive for my 3rd 4×4 bed.

  13. Another great video!! Thank you! I would love to see videos on indoor gardening especially your setup

  14. I have a good majority of my fall garden planted, except my spinach, garlic, & lettuces. But I’ll be getting those planted over the next couple weeks. I’m in zone 6!

  15. I live on the CT shoreline and I am still gardening. Tomatoes still flourishing, beans, and scallop squash. Waiting for my lettuce, bok Choi and spinach to mature.

  16. I'm in New Brunswick Canada and we are still gardening. We have green beans, peas, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, beets still going strong in our garden. Our season ends at around Halloween and we start once again in April.

  17. I'm in Iowa, my green beans, green peppers, yellow squash and cherry tomatoes are still going strong. My 1 cherry tomato plant is measuring 15 ft long x 12 ft wide x 5 ft tall. What a beast. Biggest tomato plant I have ever grown. Happy gardening

  18. Interested to see your indoor gardening videos! I will try more of fall planting beyond my usual spinach and garlic. My edible pea pods and Cherokee Wax beans that I planted in August are doing well now. The carrots and cilantro are growing very slow. The potatoes I left in the ground all winter grew very well for the summer. Even the ones damaged by freezing that I tossed to the edge of the garden in spring are producing although a later harvest.

  19. Now that I watch your video, I will plant some of the veggies you mentioned. I live in MA. I always plant my garlic in October. Thanks ❤❤❤❤.
