A nice cottage. Very comfortable.
One tiny alteration: I'd recess the wall/door into the laundry room slightly to provide a bench for removing footwear. That seems to be a more common practice nowadays.

Nice 3 BR, 2.5 bath home. I would add some wall to make entry into the master suite (unfortunately it’s the smallest bedroom in the home) even if means making one enter from the foyer. I need the furniture space. I like everything else about it but would want to add an inset to change out of wet or snowy wet boots at the front door. Laundry room would have to be smaller.
