Can you help me identify these berries in my yard and if they are safe to eat?

First looks like buckthorn. Not safe to eat and invasive if in North America. Second might be a nightshade.

The first is a rhamnus buckthorn. You can tell by the leaf shape and the small thorns at the end of the branches. There is another plant called buckthorn and is a Hippophae genus. That one has orange berries. The second photo is nightshade.
