How to make jelly from the american beautyberry bush we talked about yesterday.
I was a bit too excited to try this. I looked up several recipes and they were all about the same. One recipe said to add lemon juice to help the flavor, and while I usually do add it to my jam/jelly recipes, but I wish I had made a batch without it. It is delicious, but I cannot tell if I’m tasting more lemon than beautyberry.

I just made this the other day!! Though technically we had no pectin in the house so I used gelatin and it's more of a beauty berry jello. 😅 It's delicious and we've been using it on sandwiches any way
