Read the back of the plant label. It will give you information on the type of soil, positioning and spread of the rose Bush. Try to find somewhere in your garden that meets these and then water the plant thoroughly. Now dig a hole twice the size of the pot your rose is currently in. Throw a bit of fertiliser in the bottom of the hole and place the plant in the hole whatever way looks best to you. Replace the soil you dug out, firming it into the hole with your hands. Make sure that the rose bush’s stem is at the same level as it is in the pot relative to the soil
level in your garden. Final firming of the soil with your foot and water it in thoroughly. Water fairly frequently until your Bush establishes itself.

After you have done all that have a cup of tea and a bic7bisuit, relax and remember your Dad.
