My herbs are large enough now to start harvesting a good amount from each plant! I’ll also show you how I dry my herbs which is a super simple process that also looks really cute.

  1. I love using my dehydrator to infuse dried herbs into oil. Then use the oil for lotions, soaps or salves. Sooo worth it. Love my x-caliber.

  2. Question: How much debris accumulates on the floor under your drying rods? I want to try this on a similar wall in my dining room but I worry about the potential mess… 😂

  3. Love your little drying station 😉 Wow !!! Everything does look like it has doubled in size in one week 😜

  4. I have a dehydrator and it works really well, I think once you get it, you’ll find you use it for lots of other things. I dehydrate my cherry tomatoes and make my own sun-dried tomatoes. I have a question though, I noticed you don’t have saucers under any of your pots. I don’t either, but I’m kind of concerned with the amount of water that is draining through onto my deck. Is that a concern for you? Thank you for your great videos!

  5. Hello, don’t you just love July when everything looks lush . I got good info on herb harvesting. I grow several types of basil. Your garden is so pretty.

  6. I liked the way you have taken us through each step of the process. Liked the twine holder as well. QQ, what do you do after washing/rinsing of the herbs ? do you hand dry it using paper towels, before tying it up to avoid any molds? sorry if i missed that part.

  7. Lemon balm is super invasive. Many years ago I planted it in my garden not realizing it. The lemon balm choked out all my other plants. I had to recultivate my whole garden & replant. I actually found it for years later growing in random places. It does flower so maybe seeds were blown into your pot. I felt same way about a dehydrator. I'm telling you I don't think you'll regret buying one. I still hang herbs & flowers because it's pretty. But there's soo many flowers that won't air dry.

  8. Your herbs look incredibly lush! What size pots are most of them in, and how much water do you give them? I always thought that herbs don't like a lot of water. That is funny about the surprise lemon balm. I had a similar situation where I grew tomatoes from seed, and I realized that one was not like the others. I had no idea what it was, or how it got there, but it turns out that it was a lemon cucumber plant according to Google lens! I never planted cucumber – in fact, I don't even like cucumbers, LOL! 🤣

  9. Hi Bethany, I’m a new subscriber to your channel. Love your videos! Where did you get all of your mint varieties? I’m having a hard time finding chocolate, apple etc.
