  1. Amazing designs, as always! I love how you've managed to make this small backyard appear much larger—that's truly an art. I also learned a great trick from you about how to hide those unsightly HVAC units.

    My only suggestion would be regarding the mix of white and grey tiles. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the combination and would have preferred all white, especially since it's a Mediterranean design (I’m originally from Syria, where we use a lot of natural white stone in our architecture).

    Fantastic work overall! And I hope your brother isn't giving you too much grief about putting on a little extra weight lately!

  2. Really fantastic use of space. Very inspiring and tasteful design. I wonder how the constricted space made challenges for constructing the pool. The construction workers must have been cramped for that install!
